上海亿威航空电子股份有限公司成立于2008年7月，是一家面向航空、航天、船舶、兵器等国防军工领域，专业从事军工电子信息设备的研发设计、生产、销售和技术服务的高科技企业。主要产品系列包括：专用显示设备、专用计算机软硬件设备、电磁场仿真测试软件、专用网络设备、测控设备及嵌入式板卡等，适用于舰船、飞机、车辆等恶劣环境和场合。

公司位于上海市浦东新区创研智造园区，办公面积近2000平方米。公司在上海康桥工业园区获政府扶持项目用地20余亩，正筹建现代化科研生产基地。
